Independent technical boundary and evidence review

AI Boundary Review

A bounded review of one declared AI-enabled workflow to determine what is actually established, what is being silently inherited, and where unresolved standing should remain HOLD before consequence.

UNKNOWN → HOLD

The Core Question

Your AI components may all work individually while the system still fails at the joins.

AI Boundary Review focuses on the relations, transitions, authority, evidence, composition effects, and recovery conditions between otherwise valid-looking parts.

What Is Inspected

Components

What properties of each relied-upon component are actually established?

Relations

Are the joins between components independently supported?

Transitions

What properties are proven eligible to cross each boundary?

Composition

What exists only because components were joined, and was it inspected?

Authority

Does technical capability actually have authority for the consequential action?

Consequence

What happens because the workflow acts, and is that consequence supported?

Recovery

Can consequential state be stopped, reversed, corrected, traced, or reconstructed?

Status Semantics

PASS

The inspected property is sufficiently established within the declared scope and supplied evidence.

HOLD

Available evidence is insufficient to establish the property for the declared use, transition, or consequence.

FAIL

Available evidence positively demonstrates that a declared requirement is not satisfied within the reviewed scope.

HOLD is not accusation, rejection, or a claim that a system is unsafe. It means standing has not yet been sufficiently established.

Pilot Scope

The v0.1 pilot reviews one workflow and one principal consequential path.

Pilot price: CAD $250

Target delivery: 3 business days after a complete intake package is received. This is an initial test price, not a claim of established market pricing.

What You Receive

What This Is Not

not certification not regulatory approval not legal advice not a compliance determination not penetration testing not a cybersecurity audit not complete AI safety not full formal verification not deployment authorization

Request a Review

The first pilot reviews are intentionally small and manually delivered.

Send a short description of the AI workflow, the consequential action it can produce, and the evidence currently used to support it.

Request an AI Boundary Review

No automation, certification, or authority is created by the review itself.
